Y3 Trip to Eden Camp

As part of their topic work on World War Two, Mrs Murray and Mrs Holly took Y3 to Eden Camp in North Yorkshire.  They had a great day out and got the chance to experience life in the 1940's.  There are some pretend air raid shelters and a submarine!  In class we have been thinking about what happened during the war.  We have learned about Anne Frank and her experience of Nazi Invasion.  We have also been thinking about children who were evacuated during the war.  We even got to make our own Gas Mask boxes!
